Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or parts such as water filters.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling for the replacement part. Customer may be required to provide the model number and a serial number of the appliance to qualify for warranty.
Any items being returned must be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Goods Authorization Number).
To request an RMA# please fill out the RMA form by clicking here. Requests will be responded to usually within 24 business hours. You will receive a response with approval or denial of your return request. If your request is approved you will receive an RMA# and instructions on making the return. The RMA# provided must appear on the outside of the package as well as on any paperwork included. Only items with an approved RMA # will be accepted. We recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.
